YOUR TASK
- Very good English & Hindi communication skills.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Coordinate with Client Service team, Technicians, field engineers and the client Manager.
- Update tickets in the client ticketing tool.
- Call clients to fix appointments.
- Manage tickets from start till closure.
- Coordinate with engineers and make sure they are on site on the scheduled time.
- Collect feedback for the service calls.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Good knowledge of Laptops, Desktops and Printers.
- Smart and well-groomed personality.

> Understanding of IT Infrastructure as a Service
